considering the fact that my mouth and my fingers are itching to talk & type
so many things to write about.
first. went SHOPPING with mummy today ((;

WHEE (: I JUST SUPER LOVE MINT CHOC ICE CREAM!!






ok i know this pic is kinda weird but the irony of it is that...
its a slimming launch thingy where they provide consultation
for people to lose weight and they provide free cotton candy.
HA! HA!








OH AND LASTLY NEW SHOES!!!
hahhas sadly they aren't heels...but still I LOVE MY NEW SHOES

its personalised. I LOVE IT! ahhh.....
then we were divided into groups.
marisa and i were divided into group 12.
GROUP 12 ROCKS!!! WHEE ((X
we placed our bags down then explored the schoold for a lil while
temasek secondary really displays A LOT of its student artwork
and i mean A LOT.
even their shower rooms are painted!!!



thus we decided to cam whore in the toilet ((;
then we went to take pic of the fountain.

the fountain has that victorian feel.
and theres this statue of a cherub holding up some bowl thingy.
i remember laughing at its naked butt very clearly.
hmmm. come to think of it ain't very funny. hahhas.
then jolyn & jj came!
went to bball court and crapped plus played.
there were super duper many stars in the sky.
the sight was really wow. too awesome for words.
its really breathtaking.
chee chee msged me then, he came back ((:
then went back to canteen.
up to hall had worship...
played some ice breakers.
there was the usual scissors paper stone,
winners stick stickers on losers face.
i think i had 12 on my face hahhas.
then we played the balloon thingy.
hand and leg co-ordination.
i think i must have one of the worst co-ordination of the people
on planet earth. hahas i was ousted like in the 3rd or 4th round.
teehee ;D
then went to play the acting game.
cam whored while waiting for previous group
then played
loads of screaming and shouting (:
it was super fun!!!
and then had the make up part.
derrick steven & gen volunteered themselves
YAY THEM (:
hahhas boo benjamin who chickened. kiddin
we had to paint war paint on them. and they had to wear army hats and pose.
the one with the most originality wins.
it was really really comical.
really thanks to derrick steven & gen.
for sacrificing their lovely faces ;D
had the project runway thingamee
theme was design a hot yet comfortable clothes for a pregnant mummy of about 4 months.
we dressed up serene our mentor.
hahhas she's SO HOT ! lol.
we made aluminium foil bra for her
and a nice looking dress.
rippable pants.
cloud like shoes.
earrings.
helmet of salvation hairband.
ribbon that acted as a backrest.
and scriptures to soothe the baby.
MAN WE ROCKED!
hahhas i went up to explain our designs.
and overall we won ((:
YAY OUR GROUP COMBINED EFFORT WAS WHOA-OH
but the other groups did great too. hahhas dylan's group was way funny.
to make him look like a girl, they tore out a female's face from the magazine
and stuck it on his face. LOL
e commentators were hilarious.
cos some groups attached fake tummy on their mentors
and some were too loose and were almost falling off
and the commentators went oh dear, ' this one not 4 months, this one 8 months almost going to give birth le' haha ;D
had supper. didn't shower. studied a bit had quiet time and feel asleep.
next morning, went and shower. water was freezing COLD!
learned mass dance steps for tell the world
praise & worship again.
had short sermon.
meaningful; it was on our self worth and the search for who we really are.
then pastor did the encounter thingy.
the one where we received a hug from god from our cell leader, for this case mentor.
went up to serene.
it feels me with so much overwhelming joy and love to be renewed and refilled with god's love again.
i cried, i felt so honoured that the lord would die for me.
that the lord was and would always be there for me
that the lord would care to feel my hurt.
thank you lord.
thank you for speaking thru serene to me lord.
had lunch & amazing race, got 3rd.
YAY US ;D
group effort group 12!
we were i think the only group who didn't split up.
but we were really exhausted




tired faces ; me, charlene, kia hwee, marisa.
reflections with serene wayne and rest of the group
made me think real hard.
i haven't fully registered my thoughts about what they said but im still in the process.
but #1: theres a thin line between good and evil.
#2: communication in the amazing race was crucial, its the same in our daily walk with
christ.
#3:in the yield part where we chose to yield others back, if we apply it in real life, isn't it like
doing unto others what others do unto you?
#4:teamwork is essential hence if we are going to win in this year of victory, we soldiers
need to unite!

but suzanne ruled the show.

yay for all of them!
concert was great. i was wonderin and have been wondering about god's purpose in life.
and then when pastor and the mentors prayed for the giving of gifts.
when it dawned upon me that i wanted to work with children.
liang ming just came up and prayed for me
and i received the holy spirit.
i don't know yet i need an affirmation but god reavealed thru wayne too
that i already have 2 gifts
thank you lord for my gift of speech and creativity.
thank you lord.
then 3rd day. had another short sermon.
serene prayed for me and blessed me.
thanks serene, the lord has used you greatly indeed.
and candy too thanks for the hug and the words.
i cleared a huge wound that day.
something that i can release and wholly submit to god now.

we are the champions!
then again all the other group members are superstars too.
its not the winning that matters.
its the journey ((:
went for service.
sang and jumped lungs out during worship.
